Flexible Mica plate
Flexible mica plate (S1 and S2) is a kind of flexible lamination material, having excellent dielectric, excellent tensile strength and easy to form at room temperature. It is usually used for Heating furnace or induction melting furnace.

Excellent insulating properties at high temperature: At 500-1000??? operating ambient temperature, the voltage breakdown resistance is 15KV/mm;

Mica Slip Plane laminates is an electro-thermal insulation used as a part of lining system in between the refractory crucibles (working lining) and induction coil of Core less induction furnace. These flexible sheet are mainly made with a combination of Phlogopite mica along with glass cloth or ceramic felt bonded with Silicone resin binder.
These flexible mica laminates are primarily designed to provide a slip plane between grout & lining refractory which allows restriction free movement during heating and cooling of the furnace and assist in the easy removal of the refractory lining at the end of its life span
